Cancellation:-

Should you have to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us immediately.
For New Year, & rugby international weekends, we require 10 days notice, given which there will be no charge. For lesser notice, we will attempt to re-let the accommodation, failing which we hold you liable for the whole booking charge.
For other times, we require a minimum of a week's notice, failing which we will try to relet the booked accommodation, failing which we will charge you the first night.
