The Beresford Hotel is situated in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh. Built in 1872, it forms part of the last phase of the New Town Developement and was a private house until the early 1900's, when it became the first house hotel in the area.

It is ideally situated within easy strolling distance of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile/Old Town, and the multitude of city centre tourist and shopping attractions.
